Today was a 20-Minute Aerobics day. I taught my new student tonight, and because of driving logistics, I decided to forgo the gym for tonight and instead came home and rode the stationary bike. Before I started, I said out loud, a bit disappointedly, “This is gonna be a lame workout.” I’ve always thought of riding the bike as easier than running. Not if you push yourself! My thighs were burning good!
So the stationary bike isn’t lame, but guess what: I actually MISSED running! Go figure…I start to form a healthy habit with something that I kind of despise, and then I begin to like it.
Looking forward to a Lower Body workout tomorrow evening after work! Friday nights are THE BEST because hardly anyone is there. :)
